- Anaesthesia (partial or total, according to the requirements of the operational case);
- Surgical operation;
- Prostheses (according to the requirements of the operational case);
- Fees of the Anaesthetist and the Surgeon;
- Purchase of the prescribed drugs of the Surgeon;
- Stay in Hotel 4 or 5 stars (according to the requirements of the "Customer" indicated in the

- Use of a cellular, provided with a pre paid line GSM, ( included a free refill of a value of approximately 25 minutes of calls towards Your Country or 2 hours of local calls ).
