Diagnosis
Any Informative File will be analyzed by the Surgeon who will carry out the intervention, to define the solution most adapted to Your requirements. With the favourable case of Diagnosis, we will send to You by E-Mail :

- the diagnosis of the Surgeon
- references of the Surgeon
- the document of " Informed Consensus "
- the " Reservation Form "
- the detailed estimate
- the " Provision of Services Contract "

Confirmation and Reservation
with the " Reservation Form " and the " Provision of Services Contract ", duly signed, You must forward to us, by Credit transfer, a " Guarantee " as an advance on the price indicated in the estimate. We ask You also to send to us the copy of the Credit transfer carried out, the whole, by fax with n° 00216 70 727 121, in order to allow us the immediate sending, by E-Mail, of the following Dossier :

- the detailed program of the stay in Tunisia;
- the reservation of the Hotel with 4 or 5 stars and of the clinic (according to Your requirements indicated in the Reservation Form)
- the programme of hospitalization in the clinic, the dates of pre and post operational Visits, as well as the date planned for the surgical operation;

You will be able to carry out the payment of the Guarantee by Credit transfer in the name of :

N.B. : In the event of desistance, the "Guarantee" will be considered as the File Expenses refunding.

Arrival A Tunis - Airport Tunis Carthage
Our collaborator will be in the airport to accommodate and accompany You to the clinic, in order to facilitate the procedures of admission.
Our collaborator will be fully at Your disposal and will provide You a cellular of a pre paid local line GSM, (included a free refill of a value of approximately 25 minutes of calls towards Your Country or 2 hours of local calls). You will be accompanied by the personnel of the clinic, in Your room and when waiting the operational pre Visit.

Operational Pre visit
The Surgeon will carry out You a medical examination including the necessary analyses, and will provide You any information relate to the intervention. In the same occasion, the " Consensus Informed " Form will be presented to You for signature.

The Surgical operation
The surgical operation will take place the day following the visit and will be preceded by a meeting with the Anaesthetist charged of practising You the necessary therapies.
Your stay in the clinic will last one to many days, according to the intervention typology.

Sold
In reference to the agreed estimate, You will be subjected the invoice for the balance payment, deduced from the " Guarantee " previously paid.
You will be able to carry out the payment according to the following methods :

- Anticipated Credit transfer (as for the Guarantee),
- Cash (in this case you should declare the currency at the Border Station and the Customs Officer will deliver You an adequate form).

Convalescence
According to the resignations of clinic, You will be accompanied, by our collaborator, in the hotel for the convalescence period.
Estetica & Benessere ® will provide You all the necessary assistance, will buy the prescribed drugs and will organize You the post operational visit date.
The clinic personnel, the Surgeon and our collaborator will be at Your disposal, throughout Your stay in Tunisia .

Departure
Our collaborator will confirm Your flight of return and will accompany You to the airport, for the departure towards your country. Estetica & Benessere ® and the Surgeon who has carries out the intervention, are at Your disposal for all Your later requirements, therefore do not hesitate to contact us either by telephone, or by E-mail .
