The " Guarantee " corresponds to a sum of € 250 (two hundred and fifty euros excluded bank cost).

The " Guarantee " is to be considered as anticipation on the total tariff indicated in the estimate and must be paid with the reservation.

The payment of the " Guarantee " must be made by MONEYGRAM or WESTERN UNION transfer in favour of:

You summers requested to send to us by fax to n°00216 70 727121, the copy of the certificate of the Credit transfer carried out and the codes, in order to allow us to send to You, by E-Mail , which follows:
- the detailed program of the stay in Tunisia;
- the reservation of the Hotel with 4 or 5 stars and of the clinic (according to Your requirements indicated in the Reservation Form);
- the programme of hospitalization in the clinic, the dates of pre and post operational Visits, as well as the date planned for the surgical operation;
N.B. : In the event of desistance, the "Guarantee" will be considered as the File Expenses refunding .
