The offer of basic Assistance "EXAMPLE A" at the price of € 2.200 monthly (*), included:

- Transfers A/R: airport - hotel - airport;
- Stay in a Hotel of 4 stars (according to Your requirements indicated in the "Form of Reservation");
- specific Ancillary medical Assistance for a 6 hours minimum per day;
- Provision of a portable telephone, with Tunisian line GSM prepaid, (included a free refill of a value of approximately 25 minutes of calls towards your Country or 2 hours of local calls).
Any specific Ancillary medical later Assistance, according to needs' for the "Customer", will be raised how indicated below:  
- extra add € 650 monthly, for later 6 hours of Assistance of day;
- extra add € 850 monthly, for each 6 hour old section of Assistance of night

(*) For the period of tourist season (July and August), it will be necessary to add a surplus of € 750 monthly.

The offer of basic Assistance "EXAMPLE B" at the price of € 2.450 monthly, included:

- Transfers A/R: airport - Private clinic - airport;
- Hospitalization in a Private clinic, with pleasure of the medical care and ancillary medical which is necessary for you, (Driving Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy, Haemodialysis, Dietetic, etc.), according to Your requirements indicated in the "Form of Reservation";
- specific Ancillary medical Assistance for a 6 hours minimum per day;
- Placed at the disposal of a portable telephone, with Tunisian line GSM pre paid, (included a free refill of a value of approximately 25 minutes of calls towards your Country or 2 hours of local calls)
  Any specific Ancillary medical later Assistance, according to needs' for the "Customer", will be raised how indicated below :
- extra add € 650 monthly, for later 6 hours of Assistance of day;
- extra add € 850 monthly, for each 6 hour old section of Assistance of night.
It is possible to prolong the Hospitalization in one of the officially agreed Hotels with us, in the same conditions indicated in the offer EXAMPLE A in continuation of the care necessary in Private clinic, with specific appointments, always accompanied and assisted by specific nursing with You.

The services not indicated in the list, belong to the "Extra Services" which will be invoices with share, only following your request.
