Confirmation and Reservation
With the
"Reservation Form"
and the
" Provision of Services Contract ", duly signed, You must forward to us, by Credit transfer, a " Guarantee "

as an advance on the price indicated in the estimate. We ask You also to send to us the copy of the Credit transfer carried out, the whole, by fax with n° 00216 70 727 121, in order to allow us the immediate sending, by E-Mail, of the following Dossier :

Arrival In Tunis - Airport Tunis Carthage
Our collaborator will be with the airport to accommodate You and accompany You with the Hotel or the Private clinic, in order to facilitate the procedures of admission.
Our collaborator will be fully at Your disposal and will provide You a supplied portable telephone of a pre paid line GSM local, (included a free refill of a value of approximately 25 minutes of calls towards Your Country or 2 hours of local calls).

In reference to the agreed estimate, You will be subjected the invoice for the balance payment, deduced from the " Guarantee " previously paid , relating to the first month of hospitalization.
You will be able to carry out the payment according to the following methods :

Successive Payments
The payment of the successive monthly payments, (in the case of a stay higher than one month) will have to be carried out in advance, month by month, according to the same methods indicated previously.
Departure
In the event of Your final departure, Our collaborator will confirm Your flight of return and will accompany You with the airport for the return towards your country.
